How to read these results

Method & calculation basis

The interactive enterprise model uses a disclosed unlevered cash-flow proxy: operating cash flow + interest expense × (1 − effective tax rate) + signed capital expenditure. Project five years, discount each year, add a Gordon terminal value, subtract debt minus cash, then divide by annual diluted weighted-average shares. Default growth and discount inputs are illustrative assumptions.

Coverage & limitations

This proxy is not an audited FCFF measure. Annual tax rates, acquisition effects and financing classifications can distort it. The vendor DCF is a separate model and is not claimed to be reproduced by the calculator. Terminal growth must be below the discount rate.
